A business card is still one of the simplest ways to make sure a customer remembers you. At PrintCopyLab in Torrevieja we recently produced three very different cards, and they show nicely how design should suit each business.
A different look for every business
The three cards in this project:
- Rental management app: a clean, modern style that suggests order and trust.
- Hair salon: gold foil logo on a black background for an elegant, premium feel.
- Painting service: roller brush graphics and bold colours that explain the trade at a glance.
The goal is simple: whoever picks up your card should understand what you do and feel the tone of your business straight away.
Paper and finish
Paper changes how a card feels. Thick card suggests quality, a matt finish looks understated and is easy to read, and a gold or glossy detail adds a touch of luxury, which works well for beauty, wellness or hospitality. If your card uses plenty of colour, like the painting service one, a good finish helps the shades look rich.

Preparing your file
To avoid surprises at the printing stage:
- Send your logo in high resolution or as a vector file (PDF, AI, SVG).
- Keep safe margins: do not place key text right at the edge.
- Double-check your phone number, email and website.
- Do not overcrowd the card: less information, clearly visible, works best.
If you do not have a design yet, we can create one with you from your logo or just an idea.
Practical tips
Think about who will receive the card and where they will keep it. Include one main contact detail, such as WhatsApp, plus your website or social media if you use them. Always ask to check a proof of the design before the whole run is printed.
