Privacy policy

What data we process. The data you give us in the order form or by messenger: name, phone, email, the service you are interested in, your message and any files you attach. If you accept cookies, also browsing data (see "Cookie policy").
Why. To answer your request, prepare a quote, produce and deliver the order and issue the invoice. With your consent, to measure visits to the site and the effectiveness of our ads.
Legal basis. Pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); compliance with tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); and your consent for analytics and advertising cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
How long. Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order and invoice data are kept for the periods required by law (generally 6 years). Order files are deleted when no longer needed, unless you ask us to keep them for future reprints.
Who else processes it. We do not sell or share your data. To provide the service we use providers that process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare (website hosting);
- Telegram and Web3Forms (delivering form requests by message and email);
- Google (Google Drive for attached files, Gmail, Google Analytics);
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and the Meta Pixel).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
